Holding a Master's degree in Business Administration, he combines strong business acumen with a deep commitment to community development.
Known for his dynamic leadership and practical approach, Mr. Soni has guided the organization through thoughtful planning, collaborative partnerships, and impactful initiatives that empower communities. The journey of Dream Weavers began with its very name- Dream Weavers , conceived by its Co-Founder, Ms. Niti Soni.

An accomplished professional with an MBA in Marketing and Finance, Ms. Soni has been instrumental in shaping Dream Weavers Group into a purpose-driven organization. As Director (HR & Finance), she leads the organization's people, financial, and strategic initiatives, ensuring sustainable growth through effective talent and resource management.
A published author in the fields of business management and organizational behaviour, she brings together strategic insight, financial expertise, and a people-centric approach to leadership. Mr. Anil Khillan
Chief Executive Officer – Skills Division
Mr. Anil Khillan serves as the Chief Executive Officer (Skills Division) at Dream Environment Foundation, where he leads initiatives focused on skill development, vocational training, and livelihood enhancement. With extensive experience in designing and implementing large-scale training programmes, he has helped empower thousands of individuals with industry-relevant skills and improved access to sustainable employment opportunities.
A strategic and results-driven leader, Mr. Khillan has successfully led skill development projects across multiple states, fostering collaborations that bridge the gap between education, employability, and community development. His commitment to inclusive growth and youth empowerment continues to strengthen the Foundation's mission of creating resilient communities through education, skills, and sustainable livelihoods.

Director
Mr. Harish Ratnani is a Director at Dream Environment Foundation, where he leads capacity-building and learning initiatives that empower individuals, communities, and partner organizations. Drawing on over a decade of experience in corporate training, leadership development, and organizational learning, he plays a key role in strengthening the Foundation's people-centric programmes.
A Management Graduate and LIMRA-certified MSS Trainer, Mr. Ratnani is widely recognized for his expertise in motivational training, leadership, teamwork, creativity, and lifelong learning. His engaging and practical approach has enabled him to inspire professionals, volunteers, and community stakeholders alike.

Dr. Sandip Chatterjee
Director
Dr. Sandip Chatterjee is a globally recognized expert in circular economy, resource efficiency, electronic waste management, and technology policy. Over a distinguished career spanning more than three decades, he has shaped national and international initiatives that bridge research, innovation, and public policy to advance sustainable development. His contributions include formulating India's policy roadmap on circular economy and resource efficiency, establishing Centres of Excellence in emerging technologies, and promoting global best practices in sustainable electronics. He has also authored over 90 research publications, holds 10+ patents, and was honoured with the President's Award for his contributions to science and technology.
At Dream Environment Foundation, Dr. Chatterjee provides strategic guidance in environmental sustainability, research, and policy, helping strengthen initiatives that promote responsible resource management, evidence-based decision-making, and innovation for community benefit.
