This policy ensures transparent and accountable use of funds received by Dream Environment Foundation.
Sources of Funds

  • - Membership fees, if applicable.
Principles of Fund Utilization
  1. All funds must be used solely for the objectives of the NGO (environmental protection, youth skill development, awareness programs, etc.).
  2. Administrative expenses shall not exceed limits prescribed under law.
  3. Donations earmarked for specific purposes (e.g., tree plantation) will be used strictly for that purpose.
  4. Proper books of accounts shall be maintained and audited annually.
  5. Quarterly/annual utilization reports will be shared with donors on request.
Approvals
  • - All expenditure above Rs [X amount] requires approval by the Board/Managing Committee.
  • - Cheques/payments must be signed jointly as per NGO rules.
Transparency
