Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Donations
   All donations made to Dream Environment Foundation are considered voluntary and non-refundable. Once a donation has been received and processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, except in exceptional circumstances as outlined below.
2. Duplicate Donations
   If you have accidentally made a duplicate donation, please notify us immediately. After verification, we will initiate a refund of the duplicate amount to the original source of payment within 7–14 working days.
3. Transaction Errors
   In case of technical glitches or failed transactions where the donor’s account/card has been debited but no confirmation is received from us, the donor should report the issue with proof of deduction. Once verified, the refund will be processed within 7–14 working days.
4. Event/Program Fees
   For donations linked to specific events, workshops, or training programs organized by Dream Environment Foundation:

   • - Cancellation requests must be received at least 7 days prior to the event start date.
   • - Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting administrative charges.
   • - No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event.
5. Tax Benefits & Receipts
   Refunds (if any) will be made after adjusting issued receipts and tax exemption certificates under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act (if applicable). If a refund is processed, the corresponding tax benefit claim will be considered invalid.
6. How to Request a Refund
   All refund/cancellation requests must be made in writing by email to:

   • - Donor Name
   • - Transaction ID / Receipt No.
   • - Donation Amount
   • - Date of Transaction
   • - Reason for Refund Request
7. Final Decision
   The decision of the management of Dream Environment Foundation on refunds/cancellations will be final and binding.
